Greg Kilroy founded The Velocity Real Estate Group in 2006 and currently manages the business with his wife and leadership partner, Ellen Fankhanel-Kilroy. Their team upholds the dream of homeownership for everyone, providing every client with superior service regardless of price point. Together, Greg and Ellen have closed more than $230 million in volume throughout their careers. Since 2003, Greg has ranked in the top 5% in closed volume in the Western Region. Ellen has proudly served as Luxury Director on the Agent Leadership Council and as a mentor for new agents in the luxury market.
Before earning his real estate license in 2003, Greg was a manufacturer representative in the bicycle industry. When he entered the real estate industry, he marketed himself uniquely as the bike-riding Realtor®. “My experience in the bicycle industry provided transferable skills that helped me adapt quickly in the real estate industry,” he explained. “Back then, I saw my boss a few times a year, traveled far and often, held myself accountable, and independently created my systems and pathways to success.”
The couple’s differing areas of expertise complement each other in a perfect combination that invigorates their business. “Our mixed skills are a superpower,” explained Greg. “Our personalities differ, but together we provide absolute client service.”
