Terri Bias is the owner and operator of Terri Bias & Associates, based in Winston-Salem and serving the Triad region of North Carolina. Throughout her career, Terri has helped sell over 3,500 properties accounting for more than $500 million in sales volume. Over the past two years, Terri Bias & Associates has closed more than $120 million in sales volume, helping 500 people buy and sell real estate.

Terri began her real estate career in 1990 in new home sales. In her first year, she was named Rookie of the Year by her brokerage. In 2002, she created Terri Bias & Associates and has since built a successful team with more than 1,000 five-star reviews and over 30,000 contacts in her database. In addition, Terri launched her own real estate brokerage in 2013.

Terri believes PLACE’s accountability systems will complement her self-designed training and support her with all-around leverage. “Last year, my dad passed away, and I realized how alone I was in my business,” Terri explained. “I didn’t have the help I needed and realized I needed to find something new in this world to help me grow.”
