Team Panella, led by Scott Panella, is one of the premier real estate businesses in the greater Louisville, Kentucky area. Panella has served approximately 1,700 clients, helping them buy or sell their homes since he first entered the real estate industry in 2005. In 2021, he and his team closed more than $20 million in volume, assisting 72 clients with their real estate needs.

Panella entered the workforce with a degree in photojournalism, little desire to work for a newspaper, and a very strong desire to help people. As a natural people person, he felt that real estate would be a good fit and earned his license in 2005. Panella’s start with a local real estate firm served as a solid educational experience, and after six months, he was ready for something bigger, brighter, and more entrepreneurial.

Since 2006, Scott Panella has built a concierge-minded business focused on taking care of every detail and guiding clients through every step of the real estate transaction. “Real estate is a vehicle for me to feel needed,” he explained. “I love to be helpful and to be a problem solver. Real estate has perfectly combined my business skills and personality as I help clients through a very important moment in their life.”

Panella and his wife, Meg, worked out of the same real estate office for many years. They have four sons and are extremely active in their community. Together, they founded the non-profit organization Give-a-Goat, which benefits orphanages in Uganda. They are also active in their sons’ schools and numerous sporting activities, and in their spare time, they participate in triathlons. Meg is currently working on finishing up her MBA and is eager to put her new credentials to work. Meanwhile, Scott is looking to PLACE to help the good real estate business he has built over the past 10 years become great.

Team Panella – who Scott describes as small and mighty – has completed 75 to 100 transactions in each of the last five years.
