Drozdowicz is a top-producing real estate agent in Greater Birmingham, who was honored as a leading professional in the Birmingham Business Journal’s 2019 Top 40 under 40. She’s the business owner and team leader of the Kellie Drozdowicz Group (KDG), while her husband and partner, Frankie, focuses on the investment side of their business with flips and short-term rentals. KDG has helped more than 2,400 families buy and sell real estate since 2017. In 2022, she closed more than $45 million in volume through 142 transactions.

Drozdowicz has been a licensed Realtor® since 2006. Drozdowicz started with property management because she knew most millionaires invest in real estate. She moved to residential sales after a few years and has continued investing, owning rentals, and flipping houses with her husband.
