Joshua Holt is the owner and operator of Holt Real Estate Team, serving Madison, surrounding areas, and South Central Wisconsin. With experience in the U.S. Army and sales operations, Joshua entered the real estate industry in 2016 after an agent asked him for consultative insight on lead generation. Having considered a career in real estate before, Joshua was curious and happy to help the agent expand their operations. He then earned his license and joined the production side of the business.
It wasn’t long before Joshua was ready to build his own business and learn how to do every piece before starting his team. “I knew I wanted to build a team someday, but mostly I wanted to get my feet under me and help people I knew,” he said.
With meaningful connections and relationships in the community, Joshua’s business grew consistently and then advanced in 2021 when he was recognized by In Business Magazine as a “40 Under 40” business professional. Joshua has built a strong team with talented agents.
