“As I learned to be more systematic and more prospecting-based, I saw an immediate transformation for my business.”
MARGATE, N.J., November 2022 — PLACE, the industry’s only all-in-one business services and technology platform for top teams at any brokerage, announced today that Emily Marchese and Marchese Team are now powered by PLACE. PLACE improves profitability and production to make running a real estate business easier.
Marchese, CEO of Marchese Team, is an elite real estate professional in the Jersey Shore and South Jersey areas. She has been honored among America’s Top 1% Real Estate Agents, RealTrends ‘The Thousand’ and ‘America’s Best’ lists, KW’s Cultural Icons, and is a recurring recipient of New Jersey’s Circle of Excellence Platinum Award. During 2021, the Marchese Team closed $60 million in sales volume, helping 166 families buy and sell real estate. Throughout her career, Marchese has assisted more than 2,000 people achieve the dream of homeownership and is poised to close $105 million in volume with over 240 transactions in 2022.
Marchese, who earned a psychology degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, discovered that she was suited for a career in sales in 1999. She spent a few years selling insurance but changed career paths to real estate after a summer visit to the Jersey Shore that prompted her permanent relocation.
A little older and a little wiser, Marchese got back into real estate in 2012 and ultimately hired a coach to help her build her business. “I have come a long way as a leader,” she explained. “As I learned to be more systematic and prospecting-based, I saw an immediate transformation for my business.”
With a team of high-energy, entrepreneurial agents, Marchese strives to service clients as a lifelong consultant on all things real estate. “The Jersey Shore is a secondary vacation home market for my clients from the Philadelphia and South Jersey areas. They eventually retire here full-time and ultimately become snowbirds with residences in Florida,” she said. Emily says her immediate goal is to continue growing her Jersey Shore business, expanding throughout all of South Jersey and Philadelphia, and breaking into the Florida markets by 2027. “I want to service my clients and their loved ones for life because I ultimately enjoy building wealth through real estate and helping our clients achieve their wealth goals,” she said.

“PLACE is a unicorn. It has completed the mission of supporting the agent for their lifetime, supporting all the people they lead, and supporting their clientele.”
Marchese has followed the careers of PLACE Co-Founders Chris Suarez and Ben Kinney for many years, and through this partnership, she has focused on surrounding herself with the best and most knowledgeable in the business. “My vision aligns with the direction of PLACE,” Marchese explained. “I am blown away by the life-changing information and opportunities that PLACE offers and, with this partnership, I expect to hit my five-year goals much quicker.”
“Emily is a great coach with a clear focus on how to be productive and grow,” said Chris Suarez, co-founder of PLACE. “I am excited that she has partnered with PLACE and look forward to being on hand as she grows her business, helps her team build successful careers, and serves her clients at an optimal level.”
“I welcome Emily to PLACE,” said Ben Kinney, co-founder of PLACE. “Her desire to help others grow in the business and her priority on serving clients is indicative of her desire to succeed professionally and personally. Her vision is exciting and I know PLACE will help her grow and build a legacy for her team and family.”
“I find it amazing that I keep getting wowed by PLACE,” said Marchese. “I want the best for my agents and clients and I found PLACE to be the unicorn in a field of horses — we are ready to fly.”
