Announcing a new partnership: Kimberlee Meserve and The Street Property Team are powered by PLACE.
Christin Kingsbury has built an outstanding, values-driven real estate business in Northern Arizona. Ready to build a bigger world for herself and her team, she embraced PLACE to secure the support needed to scale up.

Prescott, AZ, June 2022 — PLACE, the all-inclusive real estate platform delivering intuitive technology and business services to top real estate professionals, announced today that Christin Kingsbury and the Christin Kingsbury Group is now powered by PLACE. PLACE partners with leading real estate teams, regardless of brokerage, in more than 100 locations across the United States and Canada.

Christin Kingsbury, founder of the Christin Kingsbury Group and Get Some Assets, Inc., often jokes that she was born in a real estate office. Raised by Realtors, she understood from an early age the hard work and dedication required to succeed in the business. When deciding on a career path, she initially chose education and landed a position as a middle school teacher. However, after a few years, she found her way back to the family business – but not with the family. “I wanted to do it on my own,” she explained. “I did not want people to question my success or believe that it was given to me.” Since 2008, when she earned her real estate license, she has built a tremendous business of her own, helping more than 1,000 clients buy, sell, or invest in real estate. In 2021, she closed more than $40 million in volume.

“Nothing is more fulfilling to me than watching my agents win, build wealth, and live the biggest life possible.”

Kingsbury began her real estate career during an economic recession. Already used to clocking in and clocking out, she treated her new profession as if those procedures were still in place. With no training and no one around to coach her, she taped a three-by-five notecard to her desk with her daily to-do list: “Add five people to my database, write five handwritten notes, make five phone calls, and preview five houses.”

”I did those things over and over,” she explained. Kingsbury sold houses but at the end of her first year, when she realized how little money she had made, she asked her broker whether she should give up and quit. “He laughed and told me I had sold the most units of any agent in the office,” she said. “I was just selling houses on the lower end of the market. It was a confidence problem and I realized I needed to shift my perspective and quit thinking I was failing.”

“The core values of PLACE matter to me more than anything.”

After working for several years, often burning the candle at both ends, Kingsbury accepted a nine-to-five job as a productivity coach to teach others the methods she used in building her success. “I love teaching and I knew how to take what I had done and put it into a program,” she said. “The people I worked with were killing it. It was a joy to watch agents who had once considered leaving the industry succeed, and others build their own teams and add new revenue streams.”

After a few years in the position, Kingsbury realized she needed her own team – she was ready to build something of her own, not just coach others to do the same. In 2014, she made the jump and founded her own team and has achieved enormous success. Kingsbury has built a family and faith-focused team with a fun and supportive culture. “I love the team that I have right now,” she said. “I love to help them win. Nothing is more fulfilling to me than watching my agents win, build wealth, and live the biggest life possible.” Kingsbury and her team have also built a reputation in their market for being trusted partners. “It’s such an honor to take care of clients and families,” she explained. “We always speak the truth and focus on our client and what will benefit them.”

Pouring into others has opened up a variety of opportunities for Kingsbury. “This industry has blessed me greatly,” she reflected. Kingsbury helped create and is a regular on the podcast, Breakfast With Champions, which features insights from the world’s most successful sales professionals. “I coach and teach wealth-building and real estate every Monday morning live across the country,” she said. “This opportunity is a gift to me.”

Kingsbury chose to partner with PLACE in order to build a bigger world and to gain the support needed to focus on her strengths. “I don’t see another place for me,” she explained. “The core values of PLACE matter to me more than anything. The integrity of the founders is incredible. I trust what PLACE has built and as a very independent person, this is not a decision that I took lightly.” With PLACE, Kingsbury is ready to bring more agents onto her team, expand into new service areas, and scale up her business. “I’ve had to be the trainer, recruiter, coach, and salesperson,” she explained. “All these roles have been on my shoulders and with PLACE, I now have support. There is no reason that I can’t have agents all over Arizona and with PLACE, I can offer them great systems and support to plug into.”

“I love Christin’s enthusiasm and drive,” said Ben Kinney, co-founder of PLACE. “I have known her for a long time and admire her vision and her true joy in helping others succeed. I look forward to watching her team expand with PLACE.”

“Christin is a truly outstanding real estate leader” said Chris Suarez, Co-Founder of PLACE. “Pouring into others and helping them meet their personal and professional goals is in Christin’s DNA. We welcome her and her team to PLACE and look forward to helping her build the big world she envisions.”

“I believe PLACE will help me provide my current and new agents an awesome platform that will help them execute, succeed, and thrive,” said Kingsbury. “I couldn’t do it alone. PLACE has done an incredible job and I am confident it provides resources that have often been lacking in our profession.”
