Parsons began his real estate career in 2006 and was named Rookie of the Year as a top producer at Keller Williams. He was trained by his mother, Jayne Parsons, who has been a Realtor® in the area since 1984. “I took over the team from my mom eight years ago and found out real quick what I didn’t know and had to start failing forward,” Brian said. “When you become a leader, you realize you are impacting and changing other people’s lives with your actions or lack thereof, so a certain growth mindset is necessary.”

The desire to do what is best for his team is what led him to PLACE. “I realized what I wanted to create had already been created, and PLACE had built that perfect system I could plug into,” Brian said. “Surrounding myself with partners doing amazing things is an amazing opportunity and is going to push me forward.”

Parsons is excited to implement PLACE systems, processes, marketing, and training programs. “We all need a coach,” he explained. “Gaining access to coaching opportunities for my team members will strengthen our performance, skillset, and relationships. It’s also exciting to be able to offer access to health care.”

Brian is looking forward to expanding his team and is excited to lean on PLACE Launch to train and onboard his team over 12 weeks. “With PLACE Launch, agents will be hitting the ground running and entering production fast like I’ve always wanted,” explained Brian. “PLACE Launch also means new agents will be trained and transformed into rockstars quickly.”

Parsons is interested in building a team that will thrive together for the long-term. “I want to bring people into our world and teach them to do the business the right way while building a positive reputation,” Brian said. “Our team nurtures the longevity of client relationships by providing the kind of incredible customer service that leads to referral business.”
