Rabas never considered a career in real estate until 2013, when she and her husband were buying their first home. “I had an elementary education degree, we had just moved here, and I was waiting tables while I figured out what I wanted to do,” Rabas explained. “I decided to give it a try. Real estate was a calling that came out of nowhere. Now, I can’t imagine doing anything else. It changed my life forever.”

After a few successful years going it alone, Rabas, in 2017, formed her team. “If you have the determination and ability to get past a certain point, you owe it to the world to keep going,” she explained of her desire to help others achieve their dreams.

For years, Rabas tried to keep her personal and professional life separate. When she decided to put together a team she also decided to let her team and her clients know her full self – a mother and a professional. “Right now, my team is made up of all women who are in a similar place in their lives as I am,” she said. “We have school events, doctor’s appointments, and we set some boundaries to take care of the people and things that are important to us. We can be — and are — both super parents and super Realtors!”
