Collingswood, NJ, March 2022 — PLACE, the real estate industry’s only all-inclusive platform that combines technology, business services, and growth and profitability tools for top producers, announced today that Christie Peyton and the Christie Peyton Group are now powered by PLACE.

Peyton is a go-getter, who throughout her career, has seized opportunities presented to her and creatively overcome roadblocks to exceed above and beyond all expectations. She leverages that enthusiasm and expertise in her concierge service to her clients.

Consistently a top producer, Peyton was recognized by Homesnap as one of the Top 15 percent of agents nationwide. In 2021, she closed $18 million in volume, through 51 transactions.

“My clients loved me and trusted me and they drove my success.”

In 2000, Peyton was living in Ohio, working as a flight attendant, and going through a divorce, when she began working for a Realtor as a second job. The broker was so impressed with Peyton’s professionalism and drive that she urged her to get her real estate license. After explaining her financial situation, the Realtor even offered to pay for her license, gas, and office space for an entire year. Peyton jumped at the opportunity.

At that time, leads were primarily generated through sign calls into the office. Most of these calls came in during the day, and it was difficult for Peyton to make it in due to her other job. Still, Peyton was intent on succeeding and convinced the brokerage to allow her to answer those calls throughout the night after everybody else went home. She sold 42 homes her first year. “At that point, they offered what they assumed were better times to answer calls to the brokerage but I stuck with what I knew worked,” she said.

“It was a crazy time,” remembers Peyton. “I was working as a flight attendant, doing real estate over layovers, and sometimes even making calls from the lavatory on the plane. I could lead generate anywhere as long as I had a phone I could do business. My clients loved me and trusted me and they drove my success.”

“I am so grateful to partner with people who truly care and to be able to help others be able to have what I didn’t have along the path to financial freedom.”

Peyton created a name for herself due to her tenacity and ingenuity. And, it wasn’t just clients noticing – other brokerages sought her out as well. She was able to thrive no matter what the market did. During the Great Recession, Peyton found creative ways to succeed as she built a successful short sale business

In 2017, after a few years away from real estate, Peyton moved to New Jersey and earned her real estate license there. She realized that the business had changed – she could no longer answer sign calls in the middle of the night. Peyton had to relearn how to lead generate in the time of the Internet and true to form, she had an ingenious solution. “I contacted all the top producers in the area with a proposal,” she explained. “I would staff their open houses and if I sold the house, I would get 25 percent of the sale,” The plan worked, and Peyton soon saw her market share take off. “I was able to build my sphere and because I really, really care my referral business grew.”

Today, Peyton has a thriving business and finds herself at an inflection point in her career. “I am set financially but want to take the next step where I can create a foundation to help my community and help others achieve whatever success they can imagine for themselves,” she explained. This mission has led her to PLACE.

Peyton is grateful for the opportunity to partner with PLACE and looks forward to building a team of agents that know what their goals are personally and professionally and who are committed to supporting clients and the community at the highest level. “I focus on the human side of real estate,” explained Peyton, who is extremely active in her community. “At Thanksgiving, we host a food drive but I also show gratitude to my clients and past clients and that investment brings about referrals every year.”

“Christie is a force of nature with a servant’s heart and we are excited to watch her creativity and ingenuity enrich the PLACE network,” said PLACE Co-Founder Chris Suarez. “Her desire to help others achieve their goals as she achieves her own all while giving back to her community is inspiring. I can’t wait to watch her and her team thrive within PLACE.”

“Christie is a good friend and I am thrilled she has partnered with PLACE,” said Ben Kinney, Co-Founder of PLACE. “She has faced challenges throughout her life but her tenacity, creativity, and desire to be better and do better always see her through. We are honored to welcome her to PLACE and to help her achieve that next level of success.”

“Goals that were just dreams can become reality,” said Peyton. “I am so grateful to partner with people who truly care and to be able to help others be able to have what I didn’t have along the path to financial freedom.”
