Chris Pappalardo earned his real estate license in 2010, was named rookie of the year the following year, and since 2015, has consistently ranked in the top one percent of Realtors in the greater Triad market (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, NC). In 2021, the team closed $41 million in volume, working with 169 clients to buy, sell, or invest in real estate.
An entrepreneur at heart, Chris started, operated, and successfully sold several companies prior to taking the leap into real estate. In 2010, following the Great Recession, he was keeping one company afloat while also traveling around North Carolina playing music full-time when he had the idea to jump into real estate. “I had to do something else,” explained Chris, who has toured with several successful acts including Sonny Landreth and Lee Roy Parnell. “I was extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to play music, but I had a family and did not want to be on the road all the time.”
The two have since built a truly exceptional real estate team – two veteran agents are not only homeowners, but have also begun building personal real estate investment portfolios.
