An energetic and accomplished couple, Susan and David Maryanski have built a thriving real estate business founded on the highest standards of professionalism, service, and old-fashioned hard work for their clients. Over the course of their real estate careers, they have assisted more than 1,700 families achieve the dream of homeownership. During 2021, they closed $50 million in sales volume and helped 100 families buy or sell their homes.

Susan became a real estate professional in 2007 but previously worked in New York City for a high-end design firm. This experience sparked a deeper interest in real estate for Susan. Knowing she wanted to provide more financial opportunity to her family, she decided it was time for a change and gradually transitioned into real estate sales. “I did an amazing job for the design firm 40 hours a week in the city while I got my license. Then I did both, working about 30 to 40 hours doing real estate for about a year and a half. That was not an easy task. But I embraced it.” Susan’s natural ability to peel back the layers and get to know others leads her clients to consider her to be a warm, caring, and sincere guide throughout the real estate transaction, and a reliable and supportive friend well after closing.
