The Lutz & Cruz Group joins the PLACE network
Bellingham, WA, August 17, 2021 — PLACE, a tech-enabled real estate platform that partners exclusively with top producers to empower business growth and profitability, announced today that The Lutz & Cruz Group is now powered by PLACE.
At the helm of The Lutz & Cruz Group are husband-wife Robert and Carol Cruz along with co-founder Ken Lutz. This trio has a shared passion for helping others, creating dynamic professional paths (military, nonprofit, and sports, respectively), and transforming teams. Collectively, The Lutz & Cruz Group has made a profound impact, helping thousands of families and real estate professionals across Silicon Valley.
Since 2007, Robert Cruz served in various leadership positions with Intero — A Berkshire Hathaway Affiliate — including successfully leading and growing seven offices as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager before forming The Lutz & Cruz Group with his partners.
Cruz and Cruz have always had a team approach to growing the offices. Lutz, who was a professional basketball referee before joining the real estate industry, quickly aligned with the Cruzs’ because of their approach to the business which is centered around impacting others’ lives and their commitment to being the best in the industry.

The Lutz & Cruz Group leaders are passionate about providing proven systems for agent production and growth paths. They were first introduced to PLACE Co-Founder Chris Suarez by studying his world-renowned open house models. This grew into ongoing collaboration with Suarez.
