After leaving his family home inspection business more than 10 years ago, Lemoine knew he could make a difference in the real estate business. “My pet peeve as a home inspector was to see people buying a home and getting into situations they did not understand,” explained Lemoine. “I thought as a real estate agent, I could help them get into solid homes that made financial sense for their circumstances.”
That goal of helping buyers and sellers understand and receive the greatest value in their real estate transactions has grown into a top-producing business in Atlanta, with team members also in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Austin, Texas. As he continues to look for ways to tweak his business, Lemoine met PLACE Co-Founder Chris Suarez and knew his team could benefit from a collaboration with Suarez.
