ORLANDO, Fla.; October 2022 — PLACE, the industry’s only all-inclusive platform delivering intuitive technology and business services to top real estate professionals, announced today that Emily Armstrong and Armstrong Family Group are now powered by PLACE. PLACE improves profitability and production for the top 20% of real estate teams, and currently supports over 150 real estate businesses across the United States and Canada.

Emily Armstrong, owner and expansion partner at Armstrong Family Group, is an elite real estate professional and mentor of her team who services the Greater Orlando market. During 2021, Armstrong sold more than $13 million in sales volume, assisting 42 families achieve the dream of homeownership.

Armstrong comes from a family with ties to the real estate profession. From the time she was a high school student in California, Armstrong recalls sitting at open houses for her father, a local broker. After moving to Nevada for college, she worked as an assistant at a brokerage which provided a natural progression into the real estate profession full-time after graduation.

“We can only go so far alone and partnering with PLACE allows us to go so much further together.”

From 2005 to 2014, Armstrong held most every position within that same team, ultimately becoming Vice President of Operations before moving to Orlando. “I am thankful that I spent time in every role. I learned what I liked in a leader and what I did not like,” explained Armstrong. “I moved to Orlando for myself, but I never intended to work alone. There is no fulfillment in doing this just for me.”

Building a business from scratch, Armstrong joined a networking group club and was fortunate to have a friend who worked for a timeshare business. Her business grew organically as she became involved in the community and met clients who also became a solid source of referrals. Over several years, Armstrong partnered with other local professionals but ultimately created her own team to fulfill her unique vision. Honoring her father’s business that sparked her interest in real estate, Armstrong named her team Armstrong Family Group. “I kept partnering with people instead of doing it on my own, which I knew I could,” she said. “To have people who are all in and truly believe in the culture and collective success is awesome.”

“Helping other people succeed is what gets me out of bed in the morning.”

Partnering with PLACE was an easy decision for Armstrong, who is excited about the support PLACE provides as she grows her team and moves her business to the next level. “I still keep my individual identity and concentrate on my mission in life, which is to impact my team in a positive way and help them become better real estate professionals,” said Armstrong. “We can only go so far alone and partnering with PLACE allows us to go so much further together.”

Armstrong believes that her young team has unlimited potential. “Everybody is going to know who we are,” she said. Looking toward the future, Armstrong sees market fluctuations as an opportunity for her and her team. “There is a generation of agents who don’t know how to negotiate, and I want to be able to help them through a changing market,” said Armstrong. “I have the experience and the desire to help them learn what a real estate business is like when we are not in the play market, which we have all enjoyed over the past few years.”

“I am so excited that Emily has partnered with PLACE,” said Chris Suarez, co-founder of PLACE. “Her desire to help others achieve success is in perfect alignment with our values. I love her willingness to help others become successful as she focuses on client and community service.”

“Emily knows the real estate profession from every angle and has been in the business through good times – and not so good times – and understands that long-term success takes effort,” said Ben Kinney, co-founder of PLACE. “I welcome her to PLACE and look forward to watching her team achieve their future goals.”

“Helping other people succeed is what gets me out of bed in the morning,” said Armstrong. “I am excited for the future and what it holds.”
