Announcing a new partnership: Kimberlee Meserve and The Street Property Team are powered by PLACE.
Becky Parker, new PLACE partner, has a service and learning-based team that collaborates to exceed client expectations. Partnering with PLACE was a natural step for her in expanding her team, working with the best technology, and growing wealth for her team and clients.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.; October 2022 — PLACE, the industry’s only all-inclusive platform delivering intuitive technology and business services to top real estate professionals, announced today that Rebecca “Becky” Parker and Love Florida Living Group are now powered by PLACE. PLACE improves profitability and production for the top 20% of real estate teams, and currently supports over 150 real estate businesses across the United States and Canada.

Parker, CEO and Lead Agent of Love Florida Living Group, is an elite real estate professional in the Jacksonville Metropolitan Area. She leads one of the top teams in Northeast Florida, and since being licensed in 2010, has helped more than 500 families achieve the dream of homeownership. In 2021, Love Florida Living Group sold 49 homes and has already exceeded $18 million in sales volume so far in 2022.

“I would rather plug into something proven than keep experimenting on my own. At this point in my career, I want to accelerate growth.”

Parker was a mortgage broker for about five years prior to becoming an agent. “I already knew quite a bit about real estate with my mortgage and finance background,” she explained. “It was an easy transition for me.” In her first year, Parker was named “Rookie of the Year.”

In addition to leading a top team, Parker happily mentors other agents to grow their businesses. As the spouse of a retired Navy officer, Parker has always worked to assist military families transitioning in and out of the community. Her dedication to exceptional service has created loyal clients who rely on Parker for all real estate needs while providing referrals to friends and family. “We build our business through developing meaningful relationships with clients,” she explained. “I consider many of my former clients good friends of mine.”

Parker got serious about building a team in 2015. “It was a lot of training, learning, and coaching for me,” she said. “All the agents on the team work collaboratively, taking ownership to find solutions. That collaboration makes my heart happy.” That team spirit translates to personalized service for every client. “We build relationships and work relentlessly on our clients’ behalf to help them achieve their goals,” she said. “We understand that buying a home is a life-changing experience and we want to be sure that our clients are always satisfied with the outcome.”

“PLACE is going to make our culture stronger while giving our agents a tried and true playbook of what they need to do to succeed.”

With a mission statement of, “Clients come first,” Parker and her team remain industry leaders in research, innovation, and consumer education. The team’s successes and high expectations naturally led Parker to partner with PLACE. “I saw the leverage that PLACE provides operators and the quality is what sold me,” she said. “I would rather plug into something proven than keep experimenting on my own. At this point in my career, I want to accelerate growth.”

She also wants to help agents on her team grow while recruiting more agents with similar work ethic and drive to help clients through the exciting but sometimes stressful journey to homeownership. “PLACE is going to make our culture stronger while giving our agents a tried and true playbook of what they need to do to succeed,” said Parker. “I am excited to watch PLACE help them grow and hone their craft. I hope to allow my agents to take on more production than me so I can focus on client services and growth.”

“I welcome Becky to PLACE,” said Chris Suarez, co-founder of PLACE. “She has done her due diligence, is a thought leader in the real estate profession, and I’m excited to watch her team harness the power of PLACE for future growth.”

“Becky is always willing to learn new processes and better ways to leverage her time,” said Ben Kinney, co-founder of PLACE. “I know that her team will achieve their growth goals, continue to provide excellent service to clients, and build personal wealth along the way.”
