Born into a real estate family, Todd spent several years flipping, renting, and managing properties before earning his real estate license in 2000. “I realized I can earn the same amount in commission as I did flipping but without the debt and headache,” said Todd. “I still love investing, but working with clients suits my personality and life.”

Angie’s role as a business partner focuses on recruiting the right people and fostering an engaging, supportive culture as she continues to work with her own clientele. Angie intentionally nurtures team building and community-based values in their agents.“We are serious about business and taking care of our people,” she explained. “We are trying to provide an environment that provides support for top agents’ success and inspires them to succeed in a shifting market while on our team. We believe a PLACE partnership will help us rise to a level that ensures our top agents will want to move forward with us.”

Their current team was assembled after the Schroths merged their business with that of a retiring couple. Over time, the team has expanded to 15 people, which allows Todd to spend more time leading and coaching. “My overall goal is to better serve my team and elevate real estate standards so that my communities are given the best care and guidance,” he explained. “I feel compelled to help other real estate professionals grow their business to the fullest.”

Todd’s goal of instilling higher industry standards in his community led him to PLACE. “As we dive into this economic shift, we need new, better tools to level up,” explained Todd. “PLACE has something for everything and before this point, we did not have the right economic model or long-term playbook to help our team members achieve their goals while remaining on course through a changing environment. PLACE helps us get where we need to be with the industry’s best resources.”
