Team owner and expansion partner Tiffany Lachnidt is an elite real estate professional in the Colorado Springs, Fountain, and Monument areas of Colorado – also known as the Pikes Peak Region. Over the course of her 18 year career, Lachnidt has closed more than $444 million in sales volume, assisting more than 1,700 families achieve the dream of homeownership.
Lachnidt had been out of the workplace for five years as a stay-at-home mom when she decided to get her real estate license. The real estate agent who had helped her family purchase a home advised her on when and how to get into the business. Lachnidt began working on weekends, hosting as many as four open houses, before she was able to jump into real estate full time.
