Patty is the owner and operator of KORE Group, a driven, service-oriented real estate team based in Upstate South Carolina. The team serves clients across Simpsonville, Greenville, Spartanburg, Greer, and surrounding areas. In 2024, their first year in production as a newly launched team, KORE Group closed 50 transactions and $17 million in volume, bringing Patty’s lifetime career total to more than 600 homes sold.
Patty first entered real estate as an investor in 1997 and earned her license in 2000. In 2002, she was presented with the opportunity to open the first Keller Williams franchise in South Carolina. That franchise launched in 2003, and under her leadership, expanded into three thriving KW brokerages across Greenville and Spartanburg. “I’ve spent over two decades training and coaching agents on how to build successful real estate businesses,” Patty said. “After the pandemic, I noticed many were getting distracted by shiny, unproven models. We decided to get back to basics—so we started our own team, followed the model, and hit $17 million in year one.”
