Nikki Klein, the founder and team leader of Brilliant Living, is an elite real estate expert in South Florida. Since becoming a Realtor® in 2014, Klein has closed more than $250 million in sales volume and consulted hundreds of clients. In 2022 alone, Klein closed more than $40 million in sales volume.
Originally from London, England, Klein previously worked as an event director for large organizations and was briefly an on-air personality on MTV. In 2014, she moved to Florida and began searching for a home. Klein soon recognized a service gap in the real estate industry, so she did something about it, earning her license and becoming a full-time agent. “Entering the real estate industry was life-changing,” Klein said. “The more I dug into it, the more I wanted to grow – not just as a person, but also as a business owner.”
