Nancy Lee, owner and operator of Cascadia Home Team, leads a thriving team servicing Western Washington, including Tacoma, Puyallup, Sumner, and several surrounding cities. In 2023, the team closed 64 transactions, representing $25 million in sales volume. Since entering real estate in 2008, Lee and her team have sold over 800 homes.
Before her real estate career, Lee spent 12 years in property management. Guided by her uncle’s encouragement to try her hand at real estate, in 2008, while pregnant with her fifth child, Lee decided to take the leap. “I was ready for a new challenge, and real estate was it,” she said. “From there, the rest is history.”
Initially building her career as a solo agent, Lee went on to partner with another agent she looked up to. Together they worked to assemble a group of like-minded professionals and build their real estate team. In 2023, after 10 years of successful team building with her business partner, Lee decided to embark on a new adventure and form a team of her very own. “My main goal for building Cascadia Home Team was to see my agent partners grow, not just me,” she explained. “I truly believe the biggest asset we have is our culture of mutual respect and the drive to support one another’s growth.” Her team’s commitment to creating opportunities for every member is what makes the Cascadia Home Team stand out.
