Chris Minteer began her real estate career in 1986. During a move to Arizona for her husband’s career, Chris worked under the #1 Realtor in the state, gaining invaluable experience and honing her skills in sales and marketing. Each relocation gave her the opportunity to rebuild her business, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. In the early 1990s, Chris returned to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where she laid the foundation for her career and began building a team in 1994.
Chris’s passion for real estate became a family affair, as her daughter, Alisha Minteer-Rosse, grew up immersed in the business. “Alisha’s first time in a real estate office was when she was six weeks old!” Chris shared. Watching her mother balance a successful career with raising a family inspired Alisha to pursue a similar path. “She showed me that with hard work, great relationships, and determination, you can achieve anything you set your mind to,” Alisha said.
After several years of working together, Chris and Alisha made their partnership official in 2023. “We spent almost a full year working on the structure, ensuring we moved forward in a professional way while preserving our amazing mother-daughter relationship,” Chris explained.
