Livian Vermont was started by Adam Hergenrother, founder of the recently-acquired real estate team platform of the same name, Livian. The team grew to become one of the most profitable and top performing real estate organizations in Vermont.

In 2017, Matt Bex joined the team as CEO to lead Livian Vermont, leveraging his entrepreneurial vision and proven leadership skills from prior real estate team-building experience in Alaska. Together, Hergenrother and Bex have established Livian Vermont as a trusted partner for buyers and sellers across Vermont and the Upper Valley of New Hampshire.

Bex began his real estate career in 2011 after serving in the United States Air Force. His journey into real estate was inspired by his own experience purchasing a home during his military service. Encouraged by his real estate agent, Bex decided to pursue his license and build a business that combined his entrepreneurial spirit with his passion for helping others achieve homeownership.

With Bex at the helm, Livian Vermont has achieved remarkable growth, reaching $90 million in annual sales volume and earning recognition as the #1 team within Keller Williams Vermont.
