Joe Schwartzbauer is the owner and operator of Grey Duck Properties, serving the Twin Cities Metro and surrounding areas since 2013. Known as a local market expert, Joe Schwartzbauer has been featured in various media outlets, including Home and Garden Television (HGTV) in 2019.
Joe entered the real estate industry as a leasing agent and quickly realized there were ample career growth opportunities. “Because I was in leasing, I met with investors, and seeing the potential for wealth building was very interesting to me,” he explained. “I quickly realized that if I could help people buy and sell real estate, then it could be a path for me to own more real estate.”
