Zachariah and Mariana Castillo, owners and operators of Homebase Team, previously The Castillo Group, lead a top-performing team serving the vibrant markets of San Antonio and Houston, Texas. Since entering the real estate industry in 2012, the Castillos have served over 2,100 families, achieving $550 million in lifetime sales volume.
The Castillos discovered their passion for real estate sales during college when they worked on a development project. They focused on their studies, graduated, and launched their real estate sales careers shortly afterward.
In 2015, they began intentionally building their team by following a structured model prioritizing leverage.
