Greg is the founder and CEO of The de Denus Team, serving Greater Hamilton, Ontario. Greg has helped hundreds of people buy and sell real estate since launching his business in 2019. He ranked within the top 20 Hamilton Real Estate Agents on Social Media by PropertySpark in 2020. The de Denus Team closed $42 million in sales volume through 62 transactions in 2022.

For nearly 20 years, Greg was a professional musician in Toronto. He taught in Humber College’s music department, contributed to several Juno Award-nominated jazz albums, and ran a music school with his wife. When they relocated to Hamilton in 2015, his real estate agent had a “transforming” conversation with Greg about his multitalented nature and his next steps. “I was lucky to have a Realtor® who illustrated the financial platform of the real estate business. When Greg began building a team, he first hired a director of operations, which immediately doubled his business. Then he hired a buyers’ agent a few months later. As the responsibility compounded, Greg faced more challenges and realized his leadership skills needed development. “I needed to grow,” Greg said. “I started being coached by Jillene Snell. My team culture improved. I hired more agents. Business doubled. Everyone is happier.”
