Shannon Doser, owner and operator of the Doser Group, brings her team serving the Kansas City metro area into a new era of growth and efficiency through this PLACE partnership.
Doser began her real estate career in 2007 after transitioning from life as a stay-at-home mother of three. Encouraged by a friend in the industry, she quickly obtained her real estate license and found her stride. In 2011, Doser began building her team, starting with a significant challenge: managing a subdivision launch during a struggling market. “I couldn’t be on-site seven days a week, so I hired a coach and started adding agents to my team,” Doser shared. By 2015, she expanded operations by opening a second office in Missouri, and later that year partnered with another prominent Keller WIlliams agent and took on a leadership role as the Director of Expansion for DHG Network. Over the next two years, she played a key role in growing that team to 18 locations, achieving 682 units sold and over $178 million in closed volume in 2017.
In 2018, Doser went back on her own, rebranding her business as SDG and Associates and growing to a team of 10 doing over $31 million in closed volume. In 2022, she partnered with Livian.
