Willmann began his real estate career in 2007 after leaving a sales job that didn’t align with his long-term goals. Encouraged by friends and family in the industry who recognized his potential, he earned his real estate license and relocated from San Angelo to Midland to pursue the opportunity. “I wanted a career where I had full control over my success, and real estate gave me the freedom to build something meaningful,” Willmann shared.

By 2016, Willmann’s business had outgrown what he could manage alone. “I was taking too many listings and couldn’t keep up with buyer demand—I needed help,” he said. His first hires, an executive administrator and a buyer’s agent, immediately made an impact, allowing the business to scale. As the team organically grew, so did their reach, leading to a merger with another top-performing group in the area. “From there, we just kept building—adding systems, refining processes, and continuing to improve how we serve our clients.”

As the business expanded, Willmann sought additional leverage so the team could continue growing while maintaining the high standards of service their clients expected. He joined Livian to gain access to more defined systems and leverage, allowing him to scale his business with greater efficiency.
